Dialogue and Resolution Center
The Dialogue and Resolution Center is a proactive violence prevention initiative dedicated to resolving conflicts peacefully. The DRC is the “front line” resource for resolving community conflicts such as: conflicts between neighbors, landlords and tenants, businesses and consumers, youth and adults, employers and employees. The DRC also facilitates dialogues in large groups or public meetings, assists with culture clashes that can occur in schools, workplaces and neighborhoods, and assists with the integration of immigrant and refugee populations into already established communities. The DRC also houses CVVC’s restorative justice programs including Victim/Offender Dialogue services.
DRC services and programs can be designed to meet your personal or professional needs for resolving conflict, facilitating constructive conversation, or providing training to enhance conflict resolution skills. DRC Mediation and Conflict Resolution trainings have been the leading resource in Pennsylvania for teaching critical skills of managing and resolving conflicts for both professional mediators and individuals interested in enhancing the quality of their personal interactions.
