The Center for Victims of Violence and Crime (CVVC) is a community-based not-for-profit organization whose mission is “Healing Trauma. Resolving Conflict. Ending Violence.” CVVC accomplishes its mission through three major agency components:
• Crime Victim and Witness Assistance
• Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Training Services
• Peace-It-Together Community Initiative which includes community education and outreach, peace building efforts, and arts and media programming

The Center for Victims of Violence and Crime is a non-profit organization, tax-exempt under section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is eligible to receive donations as tax-deductible, charitable contributions. CVVC is funded by the City of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR), private foundations and generous contributors like you.
